It normally depends on the type of filters you have. If you use an RO Filter for 5 people, then we recommend every 2 years once. However if you use normal sediment filters then we recommend every 3 to 6 months based on how many people are there in the office or at your house.
You will get water which has impurities in it. The water might start to turn slightly yellow and also it will affect your health. You will also realise the water taste change slightly, usually it it not so obvious, but it does have a change in taste. Best it to never leave old filters there for more than 1 year. Always change it by then to prevent any metals or soluble to pass through.
Our servicing depends on the type of system you currently have. We can change filters for coway, cuckoo, aqua kent and any other filtration systems as well. We usually charge Rm80-150 for the labour work and the filter pricing depends on what you need and how many you need. There are filters for RO, UV, UF, Sediment, Carbon and more. Thus it all has its own pricing for it.
We usually offer 3 months, 6 month and 12 months recurring packages. So we come to your place every time based on your selected package.
